Literature Live returned in spring 2026 for a new season on London’s arts radio station Resonance 104.4fm – broadcasting live on FM in London, online and on DAB.
Literature Live broadcasts at 8:00 pm on the second Monday of each month through 2026 (excluding the August break).
London author Tony White presents readings and chat with some of the best novelists and short story writers around, in a monthly programme focusing on live literature with the emphasis on authors reading from and discussing their fiction live on the air.

Susan Finlay is the author of the critically acclaimed ‘art’ novels The Jacques Lacan Foundation, My Other Spruce & Maple Self, Objektophilia, and Arriviste, and the (anti-)memoir The Lives of the Artists. Her books have been White Review Books of the Year, Anti-Capitalist Resistance Books of the Year, and selected as as many independent and gallery bookstores’ recommended reads. Susan Finlay’s latest novel The Ultraviolet Catastrophe is published by Zero Books in June 2026.
Ben Pester is the author of the short story collection Am I in the Right Place and the novel The Expansion Project, which was shortlisted for the Goldsmiths Prize and the Nero Prize for Debut Fiction. Ben Pester’s latest short story collection Sail Away Land is published by Granta in June 2026.

Tony White’s latest novel Phantom at the Feast is published by No Exit Press on 18 June 2026. White is the author of six previous novels, including Foxy-T and The Fountain in the Forest. A former writer in residence at the Science Museum, he has reviewed for the Guardian, The Idler and Irish Times. He is currently the RLF Fellow at Royal Holloway University of London, and an Associate Lecturer on the Creative Writing MA at Birkbeck. Since 1994, Tony White has published the artists’ book series Piece of Paper Press. White chaired the board of Resonance FM from 2010–2018. He is a member of the Crime Writers’ Association, and is currently on the judging panel for the CWA Short Story Dagger.
